My mother & I came into the ER with my father. Everyone worked seamlessly together, admitting him at the front desk, getting him a wheelchair, and almost immediately he was being examined by Catlin M. the triage nurse. Caitlin was extremely thorough- she was knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. She put a smile on my dad’s face and put my mother & I at ease. Within a few minutes of her examination a room was ready. Dr. Riesz was great, came in- did his assessment, explained in detail the plan of action and answered all of our questions. We had dynamite nurse, Lleanette who took amazing care of my father- his IV, lab/bloodwork. Checking in making sure he was comfortable. Lifting the heaviness and boredom with her funny comment about her last visit to the DMV- it was related to what we were watching on TV. Thankfully we were blessed with good test results and discharged late that night. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for our unexpected Tuesday (08/25) trip to the ER. Please let Caitlin M. and Lleanette know how much we appreciate everything they did. 💯👋❤️

It has been an incredible experience at Broward health Coral Springs with my operation as of Thursday. The staff the doctors, the hospital room were absolutely incredible. Every member of the staff went out of their way to help me with everything I asked for in a very timely fashion. The nurses were extremely good looking Very well mannered and I had rockstar access the whole time. I was on 3 South, so beautiful and great care. I am grateful to my nurse Kayon who was amazing and showed great care. I was fortunate enough to be able to go home today because everything went well, but it was absolutely a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anybody. I’ve never been in a better hospital or I’ve had a better staff to work with and it was a true religious experience thank you very much Greg Lillard.

While a hospital stay is never easy, the incredible care I received made all the difference. I want to give a special shout-out to two outstanding nurses, Stacie and Alina (From 4th Floor South). From day one, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Stacie and Alina both brought so much warmth, patience, and reassurance to every shift, always taking the time to answer my questions. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and had a wonderful way of making me feel safe and cared for during a stressful time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The nurses were extremely rude and lacked compassion during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. Instead of feeling supported after giving birth, I felt ignored and treated poorly. My overall experience was incredibly stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially expecting mothers. I truly hope they improve the quality of their patient care and treat families with more kindness and respect.

Broward Health Coral Springs Hospital, well on one likes Hospitals but this visit was actually not too bad. The nurses were great. So respectful and sweet, every one of them. And the Admitting Doctor had very nice bedside manners which in my opinion is extremely important for a patient. It really shows their compassion and caring side. And you don’t see that too much anymore. So I was happy to see that.
